How to Build a Wooden Mtb Jump to dirt. this is my first 6 ft jump ive ever built and it turned out awesome! so i wanted other people to be able to make the same thing.
2X full 3/4" sheets of plywood for sides
1X full 3/8" sheet of plywood for riding surface (2 sheets if you want it 3ft wide)
4X 8' 2x6 for the main supports
6X 8' 2x4 for the ribbing and extra suports
lots of srews and nails (try to use mostly screws because they are stringer)
any other hand saw or power saw
It will be easier to asemble the jump at the location you want to have the jump because it is kind of large to haul around. you may have to trim the top bit on the curve if its over 6 ft.
